What if there is a problem with my order?

If there’s a problem with your order, the first thing to do is either send a mail to sales@turk-min.com or call us at +905322443941. We will take care of you, no matter what. The only policy we have is we’ll do whatever it takes to fix the problem and make you happy.

What if I receive a broken product?

If you receive a broken product, (a crytal, nodule, cabochon, slab etc) it is usually the fault of the carrier. We show great care in packing the stones. If you want we can insure the shipment for extra cost. But for damages during transit you should get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can find a solution with the carrier.

“No Hassle” Return Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with any product, for any reason, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price, or a gift certificate for that amount, whichever you choose, within 14 days of the delivery of goods
